Beatrix is coming to the West Side of Disney Springs!

According to Disney, the location will be a “neighborhood restaurant, coffeehouse and grab-and-go market featuring healthy food options including vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan along with fresh-squeezed juice cocktails.” The restaurant, helmed by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, will also have a full-service bar and bakery.
