Here, we’re chatting about the kinds of deals you might find to score a major deal on your next cruise vacation on Black Friday and into Cyber Monday! (P.S. Mark your calendar, because Black Friday falls on November 29th this year!)

What Are the Best Cruise Deals on Black Friday?

As we await the release of the 2024 Black Friday information, let’s take a look at the historical offers from various cruise lines.

Disney Cruise Line

We’ll start with Disney Cruise Line! Disney doesn’t traditionally offer specific holiday deals, per se, but the Disney website does note a few promotional deals that are available right now, including special U.S. Military Rates for select sail dates. All guests may save up to 20% on select sailings. Special deals are available for Florida Residents that can help them save up to 20% on select Caribbean cruises. And Canadian Residents can save up to 25% on select sailings.

So, while these aren’t necessarily “Black Friday” deals, they are definitely discounts you’ll want to consider taking advantage of while planning your next Disney Cruise Line adventure! Visit the Disney Cruise Line website’s Special Offers page (under the “Plan a Cruise” banner from the home page). If you’re looking to book something other than a Disney Cruise, you can get often find some good holiday deals from cruise lines like Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Holland America, and more! Here’s a breakdown of the deals available we’ve previously seen available thanks to the information provided by the Orlando Sentinel and Cruzely.com:

Carnival

For Black Friday 2024, Carnival is currently offering select options for searching cruises, saying that “BLACK FRIDAY AND CYBER DEALS ARE ON NOW!” And that it’s “Time to enjoy big discounted cruise rates, free room upgrades, onboard credit, low deposits and more!”

Holland America Line

2024 Black Friday Promotion

Holland America Line has  a number of deals available for bookings made through December 1st, including up to 25% off cruise fares AND included pre-paid gratuities (“Crew Appreciation”)! Additionally, passengers may book with a 50% reduced deposit and take advantage of free fares for guests 3 & 4 on select sailings. This sale ends December 1st, 2024.

MSC Cruises

2024 Black Friday Promotion

The Black Friday deal that is NOW active on the MSC website states that the 2024 Black Friday offers feature Drinks & Wi-Fi included, up to $500 Onboard Credit, and up to 40% off cruises for sailings through 2026! The website also shares: “Discover must-see destinations in The Bahamas, the Caribbean, Europe, the Far East, and beyond.” 

Norwegian Cruise Lines

2024 Black Friday Promotion

Norwegian Cruise Line is NOW promoting the Black Friday Sale with 50% off ALL cruises! Additional features of the sale include Unlimited Open Bar, and $250 FREE with “CruiseFirst.”

Princess Cruises

Princess Cruises Black Friday sale is ON, and the site is promoting “Half the Deposit Twice the Adventure” with the following deals: “Score up to 50% off fares, 50% off deposits and up to $500 onboard credit. Whether you’re dreaming of exploring glaciers or sipping cocktails on the beach, your next adventure is waiting.”

Royal Caribbean

Currently (as of November 26, 2024), Royal Caribbean is offering a Black Friday Beat the Rush Sale featuring up to $750 off, 60% off for a second guest AND Kids Sail Free!

Celebrity Cruises

Currently (as of November 26, 2024), Celebrity Cruises is offering a Black Friday Kickoff Preview featuring savings of up to $550 per room and 75% off for a second guest!

2023 Black Friday Promotion

As of November 19, 2023, the Celebrity Cruise site has a banner promoting a “Black Friday Preview” with 75% off a second guest and save up to $600 per stateroom. On Black Friday (November 24th), the promotion changed to 75% off a second guest and save up to $650 per stateroom, and this has been extended for Cyber Event for 2023.
