Disney has been in the middle of a number of lawsuits lately, and now they’ve been hit with another.

Disney recently filed a notice that they’re working on finalizing a settlement for one Park pass lawsuit, but a judge has ruled against them in a case related to the Reedy Creek Improvement District, and other updates on cases involving Disney have been shared. But now we’ve got to take a look at an entirely separate lawsuit that has been filed against Disney recently.
We’re almost in the -ember months, and that means it’s basically fall, right? Can you believe how quickly time is going this year?

If you’ve been to the movie theater at ALL this year, then you know that 2023 has been a big year for the box office!

It seems like there have been a dozen different blockbuster films in the past several months…or at least, films that were likely intended to be blockbusters. But of all the major film releases in 2023, not every one of them has been successful. In fact, Disney has had some pretty major project flops this year.
Disney has a LOT going on right now. There are some BIG upcoming movie releases this year — both Wish and The Marvels are coming out later this year.

There are also some big things coming to Disney Cruise Line over the next couple of years, including a new ship, the Disney Treasure. There are also several new things coming to the parks worldwide, including a new attraction at EPCOT. So what do the opening timelines look like for all these projects? Well, we’ve seen a few timelines previously confirmed, but now we’ve got even MORE of an idea of what other timelines look like.

Starting on August 9th, the hit show will be back for season four on Disney+. While many of us are cheering for a High School Musical 4 to soar onto our screens, we might have a shining glimmer of hope. The boys (and girls) are back to visit the students at East High.
There are a LOT of reasons to visit Disney World this October.
Strike up the band
At Magic Kingdom, the streets are decorated with pumpkins, scarecrows, and more for the Halloween season. There is a ton of Halloween merch and of course, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will be happening on certain dates. At EPCOT, the Food and Wine Festival will be happening all month long. But now, there is one reason NOT to visit Disney World in October.

The film debuted in theaters on May 26th, 2023, and we’re STILL seeing new The Little Mermaid merchandise and treats pop up at Disney World — and it’s been a little over two months since the movie was released. (Seriously, though, the Little Mermaid Waffle Sundae that we saw last week might be a must-get if you have a serious sweet tooth.) Now, though, we’ve got some GREAT news for those of you who are hoping to see the film again or for the first time.
