But, many Disneyland fans were wondering if MagicBand+ would be coming to the west coast anytime soon, and then Disney announced that yes — MagicBand+ would be debuting in the parks “this fall.” And now, we know just when that day will be! MagicBand+ is being released at Disneyland Resort SOON and we’re sharing everything you need to know!

From November 11th, 2022 through January 8th, 2023, the festival will be offered at Disney California Adventure Park. It’ll feature all kinds of entertainment, appearances by Santa Claus (of course!), and the chance to munch on some unique food. We’ve been eagerly awaiting more news about this festival and we FINALLY got a huge update!

And, since the introduction of the latest system — Disney Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lanes — there have been quite a few changes and updates in both Disney World and Disneyland. We recently learned that surge pricing would be implemented for Genie+ in Disneyland, and now it looks like yet another new change has come to the service!

Disney Genie+ is the add-on feature that allows you to skip the line at 19 attractions in Disneyland Resort. You could previously purchase Genie+ for $20 per person, per day, but it just got a pretty big price increase. Genie+ is a paid feature that lets you make reservations for Lightning Lanes in the parks. These work similarly to how the old MaxPass lanes did, letting you skip the normal line at rides around the parks. We’ve seen many changes to the system since it debuted, but now, Genie+ just got a price increase in Disneyland.

Get ready, Black Panther fans: an iconic character from the movies is coming to a Disney park!

Guests can already see the Dora Milaje and sometimes the Black Panther in Disney California Adventure Park at Avengers Campus, along with other Super Heros. And over the past several months, new heroes (and villains) have joined the bunch, including America Chavez and others. But soon another familiar face will be available for fans to see!
