Beginning March 6, 2022, the Disneyland Paris Resort will kick off their BIG 30th Anniversary celebration with new experiences, special decorations, exciting food items, and exclusive merchandise!
If you’ve been to any Disney park, chances are good that you’ve seen the beautiful confection counters inside different sweets shops.

Elaborately decorated treats like caramel apples, fudge, rice krispy treats, cookies, and more are displayed in these windows for guests to purchase. You’ll usually find different treats for sale, depending on the season or other events going on. But how do the incredible confections get to these counters in the first place? Tons of things have been going on across the pond to get ready for the anniversary! A timeline was announced for the opening of Paris’ Avenger’s Campus, they’re throwing a heck of a holiday celebration right now, and their Cars-themed hotel is up and running! Something else has been cooking at Disneyland Paris, and we just got a video that shows us the behind-the-scenes!

**UPDATE: As of January 14th, 2022, these travel restrictions are no longer in place. Travelers from the United Kingdom no longer need a “compelling reason for travel” to visit France and no longer have to quarantine for 48 hours. Now, like travelers from other non-European Union countries, visitors must be fully vaccinated and must present a negative COVID-19 test taken within 24 hours before departure. Over the past two years, Disney Parks all over the world have continued to make changes to adapt to the ongoing global health crisis.

And health and safety guidelines continue to change — we saw the mask policy change several times at Disney World this year, we’ve seen Hong Kong Disneyland close temporarily just recently due to COVID-19 cases, and we’ve seen Tokyo Disneyland recently extend its restricted hours and alcohol ban. And now, there are some new travel restrictions in place in France that could affect visits to Disneyland Paris.
Next year is going to be a BIG one for Disneyland Paris!
