So when Disneyland tells us there are new Halloween treats to try, or there are new foods coming for Dia de Los Muertos, or when new items get added to menus, we are going to be FIRST in line to try those out. So we’re heading to two Disneyland restaurants to check out a TON of new food and drinks!

A BRAND new Disney restaurant has opened up and it’ll have you feeling like you’ve left the Happiest Place on Earth and entered…New Orleans!

Tiana’s Palace restaurant has officially opened in Disneyland Park! The Quick Service restaurant is themed to The Princess and the Frog (of course) and features all kinds of eats, drinks, and decor inspired by the film and the city it is based in (New Orleans). This spot is no joke. It TRULY tries to pluck you from your day in Disneyland and transport you all the way to New Orleans, and it’s really successful in doing that for a few different reasons!

So why is this event so important? Well, the event usually brings a lot of big announcements about Disney movies, Disney parks, and future plans for just about EVERYTHING. Well, we just got our first big update, and it’s about one of Disney’s Star Wars rides in Disney Parks.
Disney is serving us lots of BIG news this weekend at its biggest fan event of the year — Destination D23 in Orlando!

We were hoping for an update on a NEW attraction coming to Disney World, and now we’ve got one to share! We check out the progress every day on the Tiana’s Bayou Adventure ride coming to Magic Kingdom, and while we can see lots of updates to the outside, we just got more news about what the ride will be like INSIDE when it opens! Let’s check it out!
Fantasmic! might be Disneyland’s most popular nighttime show, but right now, it’s on hiatus.
Fantasmic! at Disneyland Resort
The show was put on a hiatus earlier this year when the Maleficent dragon caught fire. Disneyland has indicated that the show will return in spring 2024. In the meantime, Disney announced that a new show will take its place while Fantasmic! is gone.
