We’ve had an exciting week at Disneyland Resort (and at Star Wars Celebration). So much fun stuff is happening right now — even Boba Fett and Fennec Shand have arrived in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland! So what else has been going on? Well, let’s find out!
When you think classic theme park food, we’re guessing burgers and fries come to mind, right?
We know a thing or two about burgers
While a lot of people would consider that the standard theme park fare, Disney has SO much more than that now. From the food booths at EPCOT festivals to steakhouses, there are a lot of options. However, this doesn’t mean we’re against burgers at Disney, because they definitely have their place, especially now that there are SO many more to choose from. So, let’s take a look at EVERY. SINGLE. BURGER. you can get in Disney World and Disneyland!
Macaroni and cheese. Mickey and Minnie. Disney and Churros. Some things just make sense together, you know?

Few Disney snacks are as iconic as the churro — and although it wasn’t created in the parks it has certainly become a staple, inviting flavorful twists and limited-time updates on the classic, crunchy, cinnamon treat. And now, Disney is preparing to celebrate National Churro Day in a BIG way!

Cars Land
The Main Street Electrical Parade has returned, we’re finally able to watch the Disneyland Forever fireworks again and World of Color has returned, with Fantasmic! coming back soon! But even while there are LOADS of things going on at the resort, we’ve been keeping an eye out for other updates, too!

Disneyland Hotel
Disneyland Resort is a bit different from Disney World in that there are only three Disney official hotels, but the resort is surrounded by a number of nearby, local hotels, with some even within walking distance. So…should you stay on property, or venture out? Here’s a pros and cons list of staying in a Disneyland hotel, and you might be surprised!
This Disney Parks offer many excitements and opportunities that lots of people of all ages enjoy. Sometimes you walk into a park and have no idea what to expect!
Downtown Disney!
Downtown Disney especially has tons of fun offerings. Recently we’ve seen the announcement of new restaurants coming, you can find very unique food offerings, and many restaurants to visit! And now, if you’re a sports fan, Downtown Disney has an offering for the next 2 days you won’t want to miss!
May is Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander Heritage Month (AANHPI), and we have already tried so many AANHPI-inspired treats in Disney World in celebration, and now we’re just a little bit obsessed with ube.
Don’t mind us, we’re just eating all the ube in Disney World.
Disneyland Resort is getting in on the AANHPI Heritage Month fun too, and today, Disney announced more details about what’s coming to both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure!
In February, in celebration of Black History Month, Disney Parks introduced Celebrate Soulfully, a series of entertainment offerings (and food offerings!) for Black History Month. Through Celebrate Soulfully, we got things like Soul of Jazz: An American Adventure in EPCOT, and special viewings at the Disney World hotels of movies like Soul and Remember the Titans.

Lots of fun things have been going on at Disneyland. For starters, Space Mountain is NOW Hyperspace Mountain for a limited time (and trust us — it’s LOTS of fun), tickets have just gone on sale for the Grad Nite Reunion after-hours events, and Disney just announced that Oogie Boogie Bash will be returning to Disney California Adventure again this year.
