First Look: Columbia Harbour House Has Reopened in Disney World!

One of the locations that has remained closed since the reopening of Disney World in July 2020 is Columbia Harbour House.

Still waiting on this one to reopen!

It was actually being used to house part of the line for Peter Pan’s Flight! Some of the restaurant’s menu items have been available over at Tomorrowland Terrace, so we haven’t gone completely without a taste of Columbia Harbour House, but it still wasn’t the full experience! We found out recently that Columbia Harbour House would be back in action, and today we got to try it for the first time in over a year! [Read more…]

NEWS: Disney World CONFIRMS Annual Pass Sales Will Resume SOON

Except in very limited cases, new Disney World Annual Passes have NOT been sold since the parks closed last March.

Hey, Donald!

We think there are several reasons why Annual Passes might not have been sold for a while, including Disney World possibly wanting to manage the percentage of Passholders visiting. Not too long ago, a glitch made us think Annual Passes were available to be purchased, but Stitch ate the page (we’re all too familiar with that sight) and we couldn’t complete the purchase. But now things are CHANGING — soon you can buy Disney World Annual Passes once again!

PHOTOS: The Hall of Presidents Has Reopened With the New Biden Animatronic in Disney World

A great and long-standing tradition at the Hall of Presidents in Disney World has been to update the attraction every time a new President takes office.

In the past, the time frame has varied for how long it takes to add the new Presidential animatronic. The attraction closed on January 20, 2021 and Disney said a couple weeks ago that it would be reopening in August with the new President Biden animatronic, we just didn’t have an exact date. The My Disney Experience app lets you check out wait times, see ride closures, see showtimes, make dining reservations, and mobile order! And while the app does have a map of the parks, sometimes you just need a paper map in your hands! There’s good news for those of you who love having an actual map, because the map of Magic Kingdom has just been updated!

Disney World’s 50th anniversary is almost here!

Starting October 1st, we’ll see an elaborate 18-month celebration for 50 years of Walt Disney World. There is SO much planned, like a new fireworks show, golden character statues, and a brand new ride opening! We haven’t seen a ton in terms of merchandise for the occasion, but that all changes today, because we just got a sneak peek of the merch coming for Disney’s 50th anniversary!!
