That’s Early Entry for Disney World resort guests! The perk allows guests staying at Disney World hotels to enter the theme parks BEFORE regular guests. Disney recently announced that Early Theme Park Entry would be replacing the former Extra Magic Hours, and now we’re getting a peek at what this revamped perk will look like!
With the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary celebrations approaching quickly, we’ve been seeing a lot of preparations and changes underway!

Fireworks have returned to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, Cinderella Castle has already gotten a royal makeover, and there are even more rides, restaurants, and shops to come when October 1st kicks off. But, even with all the exciting things announced for the 18-month long part-ay, some Disney-goers are wondering when perks like FastPass+ and Extra Magic Hours (or its upcoming replacement — Early Theme Park Entry) will come back. Casey’s Corner is a fan favorite spot that we love here at DFB! Located at the end of Main Street, U.S.A. in Magic Kingdom, this spot serves up some seriously delicious corn dog nuggets, hot dogs, and of course, PLASTIC CHEESE! 🤤

Both shows returned on July 1st and we were in Magic Kingdom and EPCOT to watch after over 400 days of no fireworks! But, you might be wondering if anything with these shows has changed. And the answer is yes! One part of the pre-show announcement for Happily Ever After in Magic Kingdom is now a bit different.
Earlier today, we shared the news that the Main Street Plaza Ice Cream Parlor will reopen on July 7th!

We’ve spent our recent days totally excited about the reopenings of Eight Spoon Cafe in Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Casey’s Corner in Magic Kingdom, and now, even MORE iconic spots will be an option for Disney World guests again!
