It’s been a busy day in Magic Kingdom, and we’re stopping for a quick bite!
While far from authentic Italian, Pinocchio Village Haus is a great place to eat if you’re in the mood for a carb overload. From pizza to pasta to bread, they’ve got it ALL. And now, we’re here to try a returning menu item.
There are SO many things about Disney World that blow our minds (and would probably blow your mind too)!
Some of the things that never cease to amaze us are those tiny details hidden all around the parks, in the hotels, on the rides, in the stores — EVERYWHERE! These are the types of amazing details that you might have walked past hundreds of times and never even noticed. Well, we spotted one at a store close to the Haunted Mansion and it’s spooktacular!

We’ve seen quite a bit of work going on in Magic Kingdom!
Between Cinderella Castle’s 50th anniversary transformation, some miscellaneous happenings, and refurbishments, the park has been bustling with construction. But now, we have some good news! A fan-favorite shop is scheduled for reopening.
Sometimes, Disney World attractions shut down for a little maintenance!
We’re here to keep you posted on those closures, so you’re not caught by surprise on your vacation! So today, we’re bringing you our weekly refurbishment update for April 26th through May 2nd.
We’ve gotten some pretty spectacular views of Cinderella Castle, Spaceship Earth, and other icons and spots all around Disney World, and you probably have too during your time in the parks.
But, sometimes unique moments line up perfectly with the beautiful Disney scenery and create some truly spectacular photo opportunities! And that was certainly the case with SpaceX’s overnight launch. Ever wanted to look at a real space rocket blasting off from inside Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge?

We’ve got a HUGE update, DFB friends!
By now, you probably know that the PeopleMover in Magic Kingdom has been closed for a LONG time. It first shut down in March 2020, and we haven’t seen it reopen since! The reopening has been delayed again…and again…and again, but now, we’ve got BIG news.
Disney is an innovator when it comes to technology, particularly technology used at its theme parks.
Most recently, the company began rolling out its new MagicMobile service on smart devices that allows guests to use their phones just like they do their MagicBands. And Disney World also began a testing phase of a new facial recognition program that allows guests to use their faces as a contactless way to get scanned into the parks.

We told ya earlier today that we spotted some very special filming going on in Magic Kingdom!
While we can’t confirm exactly what the crew is up to, we’ve got a sneaking suspicion they’re filming for American Idol, since the contestants are currently in Disney World. And while we were watching from afar, we saw something (or should we say someone?) that MADE our day.
We’re never entirely sure what we’ll see when we go to the Disney World parks!
In our hundreds (maybe even thousands) of visits, we’ve come across some weird things, some unexpected things, and countless pleasant surprises. That’s why we visit the parks daily — to see what’s going on that’s out of the ordinary and report it back to you! And today, something out of the ordinary is happening in Disney’s Magic Kingdom.
