Lots of things have changed at Disney World and Disneyland over the past several months.

One of the big things we’ve seen particularly in Disney World is that generally all of the restaurants that used to offer buffet-style meals have been converted to family-style meals, prix fixe menus, or a la carte dining. But, when Storytellers Cafe at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa at Disneyland Resort started offering its character dining breakfast/brunch again today we experienced something different.

Disney World’s New ‘Star Wars’ Hotel Poster Reveals Some Interesting Details

We’re excited about many of the new projects coming to Disney World soon, but if there’s one that intrigues us the most, it would probably be the new Star Wars Hotel!

The Halcyon Model

Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is set to open in 2022 and it’s unlike any other Disney Resort. It’ll be similar to a cruise ship experience, where guests are “onboard” for two days. However, there are also many interactive elements of your stay — and today we got a fresh look into what it’s going to be like!

We’re currently waiting on more details and opening date announcements for big projects like the new Tron Coaster, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, and the rest of the EPCOT Transformation. These NEW Minnie Ears Are Themed After a Disney World Hotel!

It seems like there’s a new pair of Mickey or Minnie ears every time we turn around!

We just saw the release of the studded Mickey ears, EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival has some super cute apple orchard ears out, and the Black and Gold Minnie ears got a serious upgrade! And GUESS WHAT?! We have another NEW pair of ears to show you!!

Does This Dining Glitch Mean Disney World Will Bring Back the 180 Day Booking Window Soon?

UPDATE: It appears this dining glitch has been resolved. We’ll keep an eye out for more updates.

There are several things you need to do prior to your Disney World trip like make Park Pass reservations, and, perhaps most importantly, make those Advance Dining Reservations.

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort officially reopens to all guests today, but that’s not all there is to get excited about!

It seems like everything from rides to restaurants to resorts are getting reopening dates, and we’re very excited to check it all out. Recently, it was announced that character meals are coming back to the resort, and today you can make reservations for one of those meals!
