Did you hear the news? Just last week, Mobile Order in Disney World expanded to include a Table Service restaurant for the first time, and today we’re learning a few more details on this updated feature.
But first, a bit of background: Mobile Order made its Disney World debut in May 2017. Launched within the My Disney Experience app, the feature allows guests to pre-order and pre-pay for their food at participating Counter Service restaurants, thereby saving time which would otherwise be spent in line. Select Walt Disney World hotels began reopening to guests on June 22nd, ahead of the Resort’s theme parks which officially began reopening to guests in July, with Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom reopening on July 11th followed by EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios reopening on July 15th.
Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel still have Disney’s Magical Express available as a complimentary transportation option to and from the Orlando International Airport even during this initial reopening phase.
