We first told you the dates and details for the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic — one of our favorite food events of the year — way back in January!
This event ALWAYS gets tons of kudos from our readers!
The event, which takes place one weekend during the Epcot Food and Wine Festival, is back again in 2017. Mark your calendars for Friday, October 27, and Saturday, October 28!
This event may only be two days long, but there’s a lot of wonderful eating and drinking to pack into that time.
The Food and Wine Classic offers guests informative and fun food and beverage seminars on a wide range of topics. We’ve enjoyed learning about mixology and all about Champagne in the past.
And food topics like how to make pasta are delicious and educational! To see the full list with descriptions of each, check out our Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic Seminar Page.
But today, we’re excited to bring you the full menus for this year’s Causeway Event.
More than 50 Tasting Stations will be set up along the scenic Causeway between the Swan and Dolphin Resorts.
The Causeway
Booths will feature tasting plates from the resort’s 17 different restaurants and lounges, and more than 30 wineries from all over the world will offer pairings for the dishes. The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort has announced the dates, menus, and seminars for their 8th Annual Food and Wine Classic. Circle Friday, October 27, and Saturday, October 28, 2017, on your calendars!
The Food and Wine Classic also coincides with the 2017 Epcot Food and Wine Festival. And once again, the Food and Wine Classic will include both Seminars and The Causeway.

The Beer Garden, which was first introduced in 2014, is also returning, and will offer a wide range of beers from all over the world as well as local brews!
Guests can also enjoy more than 40 tasting stations featuring dishes from the resort’s 17 restaurants and lounges as well as more than 30 wineries on the Causeway. Earlier this week, we had the chance to check out a sneak preview of some of the wonderful offerings at the 2015 Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic.
The Swan and Dolphin Resorts’ companion event to the 2015 Epcot Food and Wine Festival kicks off TONIGHT! And if you haven’t gotten your tickets already, no worries — you can purchase them at the Will Call Table.
The Food and Wine Classic consists of two different offerings. You can attend informative seminars, where you can learn about everything from Cheese Pairings and Pasta Making to Wine Blending and how to make the perfect Caipirinha!
But there’s also the Causeway Grandtasting. Set up between the two resorts, the Causeway offers tasting-size portions of special dishes that represent all of the resort’s restaurants. There are also additional areas highlighting the diverse talents of the Swan and Dolphin Culinary Team.
I have plenty of new stuff to share with you, and there are some great food and drinks returning. Let’s take a look around at what the Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic has to offer this year!
Carnival Corner
will be a brand new addition to this year’s Food and Wine Classic! The area, inspired by sweets and treats from childhood, will showcase the Swan and Dolphin Food Trucks/Trailers.

We’re coming at you today from The Fountain at Disney’s Dolphin Resort!
