There’s a new food location coming to Disney Springs! Last year, we learned that the ice cream chain Salt & Straw would open a new location in Disney Springs, offering guests a new way to grab a frozen treat in Disney World.

At the time it was announced, Salt & Straw shared that they were aiming to open in 2022 –– this year! And it looks like we’re closer to getting an exact opening date.

Jaleo, a lesser-known Disney Springs restaurant focused on Spanish tapas, actually checks a lot of the same boxes though! While both restaurants sound quite different, they have a number of things in common, and if you’re a Wine Bar George fan in the mood to be a little more adventurous, here’s why you might also enjoy Jaleo.
