After the opening of Drawn to Life (Cirque du Soleil’s new show coming to Disney Springs) was delayed just before its original opening date due to the global pandemic, the creators had time to think deeper about the show.

Drawn to Life is now set to open in Disney Springs on November 18th, and today we were able to attend a virtual media event with the creators. During the event, they talked in-depth about the show and how it serves as their love letter to animation. We learned that during the delay, the creators made some big, dynamic changes! Let’s get into it.
It’s a new month in Disney World, which means it’s time for some new monthly menu items to make an appearance! One of the places we love to keep our eyes on each month is the Coca-Cola Rooftop Beverage Bar in Disney Springs.

Previous months’ menu items have included the Hot Hot Summer Heat and the Simply Razzle Dazzle. Today, we’re sipping on some seasonally-appropriate flavors for November’s Drink of the Month! November brings the beginning of the holiday season in Disney World and the ending of a certain festival, as week as LOTS of other changes. Let’s get into it!

This year, quite a lot of holiday snacks are coming to Disney World’s theme parks, Disney Springs, and the resorts. While some of the treats are new, some are returning items from previous years, including a couple of BIG favorites. Raise your hand if you’re a big fan of Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort! This HEAVILY-themed (and discreetly concealed) bar has become VERY popular among Disney fans, and even more so since it reopened in July 2021.

After it reopened, it even had a virtual queue for a while. However, now if you want to get in, you’ll need to head to Trader Sam’s to put your name on the walk-up waitlist. You’ll get a text when you can get in — IF you can get in, that is. So where do you go if you can’t get in but still want a similar experience? We tried a LOT of snacks, treats, and drinks on that day, but we’re still finding new ones for the occasion all around Disney World. You don’t even have to go into the parks to celebrate, though, because the latest treat we found was actually in Disney Springs!
