A solar eclipse will be blazing a trail along Earth’s surface, and if you’re in the predicted path, you’ll get to see a very amazing site (with special glasses, of course). But there is one “eclipse” you are going to wanna look at, and it’s happening over in Disney Springs!

We visit Disney World every day and when we see something new we’re super excited to share it! From new construction details to the return of a tasty treat, something new is happening at Disney World all the time. Recently, we saw the rollout of a new transportation design, and Pixar fans, especially, should get a kick out of it!
If there isn’t some kind of seasonal treat being offered in Disney World during your vacation, I’ll eat my pants.

Heading into April, Disney is celebrating Earth Month and there are a few limited-time offerings that you might want to check out. We picked up two of them and I’m here to give you the full review!

This center for shopping and dining in Disney World is full of fantastic shops, delicious restaurants, and exciting entertainment. There is no shortage of things to do in Disney Springs (and you don’t even need a park ticket to enter!), but today I want to talk about a particular store that is wonderful but often OVERLOOKED.
It is OFFICIALLY April! A brand-new month can mean a lot of different things at Disney World. However, one of our favorite things that we get to find out at the beginning of each month is some of the limited-time food options you can find!

The Disney Dining Plan has officially been back for a few months now and we’ve had a chance to relearn all the little quirks and idiosyncrasies of the prepaid meal service.

That hasn’t stopped us from trying out some new treats this week, though, like a Carrot Tart, a Tower of Terror-themed cookie, Easter Egg macarons, and more. However, Disney World restaurants have been switching up their menus this week, too, so we’ve also been tracking those. Let’s see what changed!
This week, a HUGE thing happened with two of Disney’s streaming services.

For those who have a bundled Disney+ and Hulu subscription, Hulu became MERGED with Disney+ — as in you can watch all your Hulu shows straight from the Disney+ app. Although the feature had its beta launch last year, it became official this week and included a few new features. Well, Disney is celebrating Hulu on Disney+ in a big way, both in Disney Springs AND Downtown Disney — yep, on BOTH coasts.
Wildly popular specialty ice cream chain Salt & Straw dropped an Instagram post on March 29th indicating that their next upcoming flavor will be a return of their gooey delicious take on Rice Krispies. One word: YUM. We’re intrigued.

Salt & Straw was founded in Portland, Oregon, by cousins Kim and Tyler Malek in 2011. The chain, known for a mixture of permanent and seasonal exotic ice cream flavors and mixes, has gained steady popularity in the decade since, growing to over 40 locations — including TWO on Disney property.
Anytime Disney World announces new eats and more, it’s reason enough to celebrate.
