Valentine’s Day is officially around the corner! As Disney World locals, we’re always on the lookout for cute date night spots or places to have a gal’s brunch within the Disney bubble. We’re pleased to say that we’ve found restaurant specials fit for the occasion!
Disney World is slowly rolling out Valentine’s Day-inspired treats, snacks, and beverages, with certain Disney Springs restaurants offering Valentine’s Day exclusive meals!
There are few Disney World rides more iconic than Pirates of the Caribbean.Â

The attraction debuted in Magic Kingdom in 1973, and has since become a fan-favorite ride for many. After all, who doesn’t love getting blinded by a skeleton before you plummet to awaiting ships and cannon fire? OH, and the smell of the water and the roasted marshmallow scent of the burning scene? Anyway, if you love the attraction (or even the Pirates of the Caribbean movies) as much as we do, you’re going to want to listen up!Â
Things are ALWAYS changing in Disney World, but that’s all part of Walt’s original vision for the parks.

This week alone, we saw the closing of a classic Disney attraction as it gets updated to reopen later this year. We got a clue that a popular character dining experience might soon return. We learned that beignets would soon be on the menu at Magic Kingdom. Disney World restaurants also saw some changes, so let’s take a look at how those menus were updated this week.

However, Disney World also celebrates a lot of important “Disney moments”, including the 50th Anniversary of Disney World and the Walt Disney Company’s 100th Anniversary. Well, another important Disney anniversary is coming up soon, and yes, there WILL be a celebration!

Whether you’re looking for something to eat, a bit of shopping, or even some entertainment, chances are you can find it at Disney Springs. It can also be a great option for when you’re trying to break up those park days. But, if you’re not already planning on heading to Disney Springs tomorrow, well, we think you should!
Disney Springs is a fantastic place to go when you want to stay in the Disney magic but step out of the parks for a little bit.

Okay, what is it about Stitch that makes Disney just want to do really strange things with his merchandise?

Like we are STILL not over that demonic Stitch plush that came out a few years ago with the red eyes. That was the stuff of NIGHTMARES. There was also that Spaghetti Stitch merchandise that still has us scratching our heads. Then there was the Stitch/Cinderella Castle incident. Like…what? Well, here we go again — we just found another piece of Stitch merchandise that we can’t decide is cute or terrifying. Brace yourself.

While we’re always excited to see what new offerings they come up with, help celebrate their big milestones at Disney World, and occasionally snag a special menu item (or two), not everything is as perfect as we would like it to be. It doesn’t seem like it was that long ago when we were celebrating Disney World’s 50th Anniversary. Then we celebrated the anniversary of The Walt Disney Company, which has been around for 100 years. We celebrated Animal Kingdom’s 25th birthday last year. But another BIG anniversary is happening TODAY (January 20th) in Disney World.
The Edison in Disney Springs is one of the most popular spots in the shopping and dining district.
