Want to SKIP the LONG standby line at a popular Disney ride? Well, there are a few ways you could do that.

You could rope drop the park to try and get on the ride with a shorter wait, or stick around until later at night to see if lines die down. You could also pay for one or both of Disney’s FastPass+ replacement services — Disney Genie+ and Individual Attraction Selection — to skip the standby lines. But what if you could skip the line for FREE?
There’s one thing we typically recommend you take to the Disney Parks — a reusable straw.

Now that Disney Parks are relying more on paper straws (which don’t work so great with things like milkshakes and thicker drinks), a reusable straw can save you a lot of hassle. But what if you don’t have one? Well, at Disneyland, select guests will soon be able to grab a reusable straw FOR FREE.

You know we’ll go on and on forever about all the cheesy Disney foods, like the Cheese Soup at Le Cellier in EPCOT, the plastic cheese we’ll dip our corn dog nuggets in, or the cheese on charcuterie boards that always makes us so happy. But y’all, today, Disney just gave us a GIGANTIC cheese snack.
One of the most iconic snacks in Disneyland is the Churro. And we just found a NEW flavor that you’ve simply got to try.
Classic Disneyland Churro
The classic Disneyland churro is famous in its own right, but Disneyland is consistently pushing the envelope with this iconic snack with fun flavors like Sour Cherry, Bananas Foster, and Toffee! But we think we’ve found the KING of flavored churros at Disneyland, and its secret is this — MARSHMALLOW.
An old Irish proverb says “May the road rise up to meet you.” In our case, it’s more like “May the snacks rise up to meet you,” because that’s exactly what they’ve done today!

St. Patrick’s Day snacks have officially made their way to both Disney World and Disneyland, and we’re doing what we do — trying them all! We’ve eaten our share of hats, rainbow-topped donuts, bright green cupcakes, and more. But we’re just getting started, because it’s now time to try out a St. Patrick’s Day Whoopie Pie!
Look, we’re not against trying unusual Disney snacks, but this one was a lot to digest, to say the least.

A GREEN corn dog is a bit much, no? Still, we felt compelled to add this unnaturally colored snack to our day, partially because it’s only available for ONE day, and also because it’s St. Patrick’s Day. Come celebrate with us while we eat another green snack!
Cars Land is home to the immersive town of Radiator Springs in Disney California Adventure, and you’ll find three popular rides there!

Thrillseekers can enjoy Radiator Springs Racers, while Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters and Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree are more family-friendly rides. When we took a look at Disney California Adventure’s calendar today, we noticed that TWO of these Cars Land rides are not showing any times on some dates, meaning they may be closing for refurbishment soon. Let’s take a look!

No, don’t worry, most of them are not closing PERMANENTLY. Some attractions have just been shutting down for a little while to get general maintenance. We’ve seen it happen recently with several fan-favorites at Disney World, and multiple rides at Disneyland Resort have had scheduled refurbishments as well. Today, ANOTHER popular ride is closing for a little while!

We’ve had our fair share of burgers in Disney World and…well…they aren’t always the FIRST thing that we reach for when it comes to having a good meal in the parks.

But, there are some gems like our beloved Cheeseburger Pods from Satu’li Canteen, the BBQ Burger from Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Crafts, Drafts, and Barbecue, and, of course, the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls from the Spring Roll Cart in Magic Kingdom. But, if we want a REAL good burger we head over to the west coast to Black Tap Craft Burgers and Shakes in Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort. And, that’s just what we did today!
