Although we’ve been building our own DIY attractions at home, we REALLY miss watching the parades come down Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland.

And, we adore the costumes, music, and floats from the new Magic Happens Parade in Disneyland! So, on top of all the Disney celebrity live streams happening right now, we’re so excited to grab some popcorn or make our own Disney snacks to watch the parade from our couch!

Disneyland Closure Refund Policy for 2020 Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival Special Events

On March 27th, it was announced that Disneyland Resort (along with Walt Disney World Resort) will extend its temporary closure period to promote the safety of guests and cast members in response to the current global situation.

Originally, the Resorts were announced to be closed through the end of March. However, with the closures being extended “until further notice,” the plans of even more guests are being impacted.

As we’ve been covering what Disneyland guests can expect with regards to refunds for affected trips and events, we also want to direct guests’ attention to the policy regarding separately ticketed Special Events for the Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival (which, as a reminder, began on February 28th and was slated to run through April 21st). NEWS! Disneyland Has Extended Its Closure Until Further Notice

Disneyland Resort has remained behind closed gates since shutting down its parks on March 14th.

Will Disneyland EXTEND the Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival?

We’ve been wondering how the current closures in Disneyland could affect the Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival. It’s set to end on April 21st and that’s coming up soon! If closures get extended, there won’t be any chance to chow down again at all this year!

Well, we were keeping an eye out for any new building permits coming to Disneyland when we spotted an extension to a permit for the Food and Wine booths! This extends the original end date on the permit to a new end date in September! Does this mean that the festival will be getting extended? Maybe! Here’s what we know!

We’ve REALLY been missing that feeling of walking down Main Street, U.S.A., smelling all the park goodies, and hearing the harmonies from the Dapper Dans in Disneyland.
