It’s an exciting time to be a Disney fan — new movies are on the horizon, innovative attractions are on the way, and of course, there are plenty of exciting new FOODS to try too!

Over in Disneyland, a brand new land is under construction — San Fransokyo Square. That’s right, Pacific Wharf is being transformed into the city from Big Hero 6. In addition to a new look, we’ll also be getting some new restaurants in San Fransokyo — and we just got our first look at the menus!
We are LOVING all the new Princess and the Frog representation coming to Disneyland.
Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland
We love seeing Tiana in the Magic Happens parade. We can’t WAIT to ride Tiana’s Bayou Adventure when it opens. However, we may be MOST excited about Tiana’s Palace Restaurant because, well…food! We’ve been following along with the construction of the restaurant, and something NEW and exciting turned up recently!
We are SO looking forward to the new Haunted Mansion movie coming to theaters later this month.

Recently, three celebrities from the film were spotted promoting the movie in Disneyland, and during our recent visit to Disneyland, we spotted a new pair of ears that we might HAVE to own.
Oogie Boogie Bash is Disneyland’s frightfully fun Halloween party, and folks trying to buy tickets were certainly in for a fright when they went on sale.

Just after tickets went on sale, sales were paused due to technical difficulties. Disney announced that we’d receive an update about tickets on July 6th — and now we know when you’ll be able to buy them again!
Today, we’re taking you with us to visit Disney California Adventure for some good food.
Soarin at California Adventure
Disneyland Resort has had some BIG things coming to the parks lately. Have you seen the dancing baby Groot robot yet? We also saw dates announced for Oogie Boogie Bash for this fall. Now, when we heard there was a NEW mac and cheese fried chicken sandwich at the park — we had to try it.
One of the best things about Halloween in Disneyland is the Haunted Mansion Holiday layover.

For a limited time, characters from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas take over the attraction in a spooky/festive fashion. We already knew that the Haunted Mansion Holiday would return beginning on September 1st, but now we know when the ride will have to CLOSE in order for the Cast Members to create the overlay magic.
