Are Permanent CLOSURES the Secret to Disney World’s Success?

So, we’ve been seeing a trend in Disney World recently.

Splash Mountain

Over the past few years, we’ve seen some things close FOREVER at Disney World. We witnessed the last EVER day of Splash Mountain. We watched Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser open and then close only about a year later. We were there when Country Bear Jamboree performed its last show (okay, not TECHNICALLY its last show, but the show IS changing, so it feels like we were saying goodbye). Although many fans have been upset with these closures, we’ve noticed something interesting.

It’s been another GREAT week in Disney World.

Speaking of fave snacks…

We’ve been spending time with our favorite snacks (okay, when are we NOT eating?). We learned a secret about Starbucks. We navigated the Spring Break crowds. We even got the new menus for 1900 Park Fare when it reopens! We also kept an eye on other Disney World restaurants and noted any menu changes we saw. So let’s see what’s different this week!

FIRST LOOK at New Cast Member Outfits in Disney World

What we love about Disney World is the attention to detail.

We see it on the rides, in the little details just walking through the parks, with the characters, and more. Even the Cast Member costumes are themed to the area or ride Cast Members are working (like, is any outfit more iconic than the Haunted Mansion Cast Member costumes?).
