And that goes for any hotel, whether it’s a value, moderate, or deluxe resort. No matter where you stay, you’re surrounded by Disney magic, you have free transportation to the parks, and you even have early entry (and extended evening hours for those staying at deluxe hotels)! However, just like at any hotel, there may be some issues you run into — you can solve one of those big issues by just spending $12!

Okay, we’re ALL Dole Whip lovers, aren’t we? There’s just something special about that Pineapple Swirl that always just HITS perfectly at Disney Parks. That combo of sweet and tart from the pineapple — well, it’s always THE snack to get. Yes, it’s trendy, but we would argue it’s trendy FOR GOOD REASON (it’s also a classic and never goes out of style). Well, now that trend has come to a whole new merchandise collection that you can buy online RIGHT NOW.
In February, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts was named in a lawsuit filed in Orange County following the death of a woman who dined at Raglan Road in Disney Springs. A man named Jeffrey Piccolo filed a 19-page lawsuit against Disney and Raglan Road after his wife, Kanokporn Tangsuan, passed away on October 5th, 2023.

The suit alleged that Piccolo, Piccolo’s mother, and Tangsuan dined at Raglan Road and informed their waiter of Tangsuan’s severe food allergies, requesting allergen-free food. Then, later that evening, Tangsuan passed away due to an allergic reaction.

Pixar’s 2026 film has an official release date!

After a few pandemic-affected years had people questioning whether Pixar still had “it”, the legendary movie studio is currently riding high. Their 2024 release Inside Out 2 just bested Frozen II to become the highest-grossing animated film of all time, and the D23 Ultimate Fan Event saw announcements of The Incredibles 3, Toy Story 5, new Monsters, Inc. land and Coco attractions at Disney theme parks, and some new Disney + series, and Pixar’s newest original film.

Listen, we have reporters in the parks every day, YES, but some of the writers and editors on the team work from home in different states, and that means we don’t get to experience the Disney World magic every single day! So we supplement with buying Disney merchandise online or from the parks when we’re there, and then when we look at it at home, we remember the magic. Is it the best for our wallets? Absolutely not, but it keeps us happy, and life without simple happiness like that is not a life we want.
