Universal Orlando will officially be opening to the public on June 5th. Buuut, if you’re an Annual Passholder, you’ll get to go back home to Hogwarts early!

After Universal Orlando announced its extensive health and safety protocols, it also stated that they would be opening the parks to team members and Annual Passholders prior to June 5th.
As Disney is in the process of establishing new safety measures for the Disney parks around the globe, one measure that the company has mentioned — and that we have already seen in progress — is phased reopenings.
Disneyland Paris
A phased reopening of Walt Disney World’s Disney Springs began on May 20th, and Shanghai Disneyland reopened a limited number of shopping, dining, and recreational experiences in Disneytown, Wishing Star Park, and Shanghai Disneyland Hotel in March prior to reopening the theme park on May 11th. These changes included appointing new park presidents for both Disney World and Disneyland, naming Josh D’Amaro the Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products, and shifting Rebecca Campbell into the role of Chairman for the Direct-To Consumer sector. And now, Disney announced a change to its financial leadership.
Now that Disney World’s theme parks have proposed a reopening date of July 11th and July 15th, several Disney World hotels have also confirmed they’ll be reopening starting in June for Disney Vacation Club Members.
