Orlando International Airport 50th Anniversary Display
Back in June, it was announced that landing in Orlando would become even more magical and the airport would be adding some new displays to the arrivals area in celebration of the Disney World’s 50th anniversary. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end, and Orlando International Airport announced today that they would begin the process of removing these displays.
Travel can be stressful. Like, really stressful. Whether it’s crowded airports, flight delays, or even planning rest stops on your road trip, a lot of people breathe a sigh of relief when they finally make it to their destination after a long travel day.

And with an Encanto Sing-a-long recently hitting Disney+, it’s been even harder to get the movie’s catchy tunes out of our heads. Recently, we saw some rare Disney horses get their own Dooney & Bourke collection, we’ve recently seen Robin Hood get some merchandise attention, and we even saw a Pete’s Dragon ornament last Christmas! One character we rarely see ANYTHING for, though, just got her very own dress.
 If you’re an adult, you generally can’t dress up in costume at Disney World, but there is a loophole. Sort of.

The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique allows kids to get a makeover, with hairstyling, makeup, costume, and accessories to become their favorite Disney princess or knight. This service, though, still has not yet returned to Disney World, but it will be available soon somewhere else — aboard Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship, the Disney Wish.
