And there are LOADS of ways to celebrate with your family, like giving them a Disney Valentine’s Day gift, perhaps?!
It’s been over a year since the coronavirus pandemic first hit the United States, but there’s good news! A vaccine has arrived, and slowly but surely, people are getting inoculated.
In a big move to amp up the vaccination efforts, today the White House announced that major retailers across America, including Florida, will begin administering the vaccine soon, getting doses directly from the federal government.
Here’s a face mask pro-tip for your next visit to the Disney Parks — if you have long hair, wear it up!
We’ve noticed that throwing our hair up in a ponytail has helped us reduce the number of tangles we come home with and it’s helped us stay cool on particularly warm days park hopping! And, instead of packing any ol’ hair tie with you for the day, add some subtle Disney style to your look with these Disney scrunchies released online by BoxLunch!
Disney is honestly weirdly into noses, but they’ve got a good reason.
For many a Disney fan, a favorite part of the parks experience is the smells. Walking down Main Street, U.S.A. we love to get a whiff of that fresh-baked bread. Lots of folks REALLY miss the orange smell from Soarin’ Over California. Oh, and the burning smell from Spaceship Earth? COME ON. Now, Disney is working on tech that could make smell engineering a more common thing, both in and out of the theme parks.
Lately, we’ve seen some older Disney films getting a LOT of love in the form of some new merchandise.
The Aristocats may have been released in 1970, but you can celebrate your love for this movie and its purrfect characters right now. You can get a pretty in pink Aristocats watch, snag some Marie ears, or even get a peek at some of the cats from The Aristocats on a wall at EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts. And now you can have an Aristocats spa day at home too thanks to these fun products!
Happy first day of fall, y’all🍂!
We’re so ready for those leaves to change and the chillier weather to move in — it’s been hot for WAY too long! But, chilly weather means we also have to find ways to stay warm, and luckily there are plenty of Disney-themed ways to do that! You could make your favorite hot Disney recipes, snuggle up with a cozy Disney plush, or even put on your cold weather Disney gear. Here at DFB, we’ve got our own line of Disney-themed merchandise, and some of our products are perfect for the brisk days ahead! (And did we mention they’re on sale?!)
Alert! New Wishables are arriving tomorrow!
If you’re a Wishables collector, you may know that Disney recently released sets based on Aladdin, the Mad Tea Party, and Disney transportation! Well, another collection is arriving online TOMORROW — and it’s based on one of Magic Kingdom’s most classic attractions.
If you live far from the parks, no worries! Another Disney bag collection has made its way online.
This Dooney & Bourke collection first popped up as a MagicBand! Recently, we got some new bags to match. And now, it’s all available online so you can feel like you’re sipping on a cappuccino in EPCOT’s Italy pavilion, no matter where you are.
If you’re like us, you spend a lot of time thinking about Disney snacks.
After all, we spend a good chunk of our days trying new treats. So when we heard about a TikTok challenge that forces a little creativity with our cuisine, we just had to give it a try!
Dreaming of sailing the seas, watching some amazing live shows, singing Disney karaoke, and eating ALL kinds of delicious food aboard Disney Cruise Line?
So far, Disney Cruise Line has canceled sailings through April, select sailings in May, and select sailings over 7 nights. Back in November of 2020, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (DCDC) created a risk Level 4 Travel Notice for cruising. In response to that Level 4 Travel Notice, Disney has now placed an advisory on its website for future cruisers and how they may be impacted.
