From the immersive theming of the shop to the seemingly endless menu of delicious cookies and cakes, Gideon’s is sure to be a haven for your sweet tooth and curious mind. You can find Gideon’s across from Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, but be warned — there’s usually a line of people waiting for these giant specialty cookies. Let us assure you though, it’s worth the wait.Â
Roundup Rodeo BBQ is the newest table-service restaurant coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and we can’t WAIT to check it out!

The menu is chock full of barbecued meats and sides, plus desserts and even some plant-based dishes too. Not only that, but we’ll also get to dine amongst some very familiar faces. It all kicks off with the restaurant’s opening on March 23rd, and now we know exactly when reservations will open!

Yes, this makes us excited — we’re not called Disney FOOD Blog for nothing! We’ve had a cake dedicated to an iconic Disney princess and her beast, a pair of cupcakes dedicated to Stitch and Angel, a Strawberry Dole Whip Sundae, and more. Now we’re trying a returning to treat, and let’s just say — we’re already confused about it this year.
If you can count on one place continuously bringing high prices to Disney World snacks, it’s Amorette’s Patisserie.

We’ve been trying all the Valentine’s Day and Celebrate Soulfully treats around Disney Springs this month, but there’s another treat we knew we had to grab from Amorette’s — a new Beauty and the Beast cake!

If you start your day off with the caffeinated magic sold on Main Street, U.S.A. (or any other Starbucks) you’ll want to pay attention! If you frequent Starbucks often, you probably use the Starbucks app which doubles as a rewards program. These rewards have been awesome in the past, allowing customers to collect stars and get food and drinks for free!

We’ve been on the hunt for all the Valentine’s Day treats around the parks and we are trying a bunch of them so you know what to expect. Some of the Valentine’s Day treats don’t get released until the week of, which is why we’re THRILLED Gideon’s has just announced their holiday snack debuting this week!
Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration is officially over soon, on March 31st.
But that 50th Cinderella Castle is SO PRETTY
After that, we’ll be saying goodbye to a lot of things, including the Harmonious nighttime show in EPCOT and the Disney Enchantment fireworks in Magic Kingdom. But what makes us really sad is the food we’ll have to say goodbye to — and WE ARE NOT READY. 😢
Love is in the air, and it smells like sugary Disney snacks! With Valentine’s Day approaching, we are trying all the sweets that pop up in the parks, and so far, we have not been disappointed.
