Things close, new rides open, new snacks arrive, and restaurant menus are constantly getting updated. Speaking of which, an EPCOT restaurant just recently had quite a few changes on its menu.
There are a TON of great food options in Disney World that aren’t even inside the theme parks.
Chicken Guy!
The hotels have some delicious options, but Disney Springs is the one location where you can find good food around almost every corner! From Raglan Road to Jaleo to The BOATHOUSE, there are some awesome choices when it comes to sitting down for a meal. But, there’s also some great quick service spots, like Chef Guy Fieri’s Chicken Guy! The restaurant has been undergoing an expansion for a while, and now, the Chicken Guy! expansion is finally finished! Let’s go check it out.

Dole Whip is one of the most iconic Disney desserts ever, with its own full history and even its own merch! You probably know about the classic OG Pineapple DOLE Whip, which is the flavor most people think of when they think of Dole Whip, but there are actually a LOT of flavor options these days. There are also a LOT of places to grab a Dole Whip in and outside of the parks, so let’s break down where you can get EVERY Dole Whip in Disney World!

Everyone has their own go-to method to escape the weather. You can fast-walk to the closest Dole Whip, seek shelter by shopping (my personal fave), watch a show inside an air-conditioned building, or take a ride on Splash Mountain! Of course, there’s always the option to take a dip in the hotel pool. And if that’s your favorite way to beat the heat, you’ll want to plan your 2024 Disney trip carefully, as 3 Disney World Resort hotels will be shutting down pools for several months.

EPCOT’s 2022 Food & Wine Festival is in full swing right now, and we’ve had a great time trying out ALL of the eats and deciding which ones are the BEST. From Mimosa Flights to Piña Colada Funnel Cakes, Fried Cheese to Filet Mignon, there’s a LOT to love about this EPCOT festival. But there are a couple of not-so-great things about the festival as well.
