We’ve seen ride testing underway at the TRON attraction, training begin for the reopening of the Walt Disney World Railroad, huge updates on the Moana attraction, and more. But now we’ve got ANOTHER update!
Parts of EPCOT look a bit like a maze right now, with a LOT of walls up to hide construction sites. This park is in the middle of a major (we’re talking years-long) transformation, which has already brought us 2 new rides, a few new restaurants, and an extension of the France pavilion in World Showcase. Now, we’ve got an update about another EPCOT project that’s currently in the works!

Journey of Water — Inspired by Moana is a walk-through attraction coming to the World Nature section of EPCOT. This is the big construction site that you’ll see right behind Spaceship Earth. Okay, we don’t hate ALL of Disney World, but like any other place, there are some things in the parks that might not be the most enjoyable. Whether it’s the manic weather or the hefty bill we have to foot at the end of our trip, there are some things in Disney World that we despise. But many times, you can actually avoid those problems!
If you’re searching for complicated meet-and-greets, look no further than Magic Kingdom!
Cinderella Castle
Interested in meeting Peter Pan? You may need to lace up your running shoes in order to catch him or look for him in unexpected places. And he’s not the only unpredictable meet-and-greet there. During one trip to the park, we noticed that a character disappeared from one spot and reappeared in an entirely different place. (Talk about MAGIC.) No, seriously…take a look for yourself.

Victoria & Albert’s is set to reopen with a slightly revamped space, buffets are coming back to Hollywood & Vine Restaurant, and character dining is also returning to a few spots. Over at Disney’s BoardWalk, big changes are underway as BoardWalk Bakery is being transformed into BoardWalk Deli. And now we’ve got a HUGE update on the project.

The former ESPN Club
The TRON Coaster is under construction in Magic Kingdom, the Moana attraction is being built in EPCOT, and new Disney Vacation Club resort rooms are being constructed in Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. But those aren’t the only spaces getting big changes. Disney’s BoardWalk is also undergoing a bit of a transformation with new restaurants on the way and more. Can there ever be too many Dole Whip creations? Disney Springs has put this question to the test with their Disney Springs’ Flavors of Florida event, which brought some special Dole Whips to the area. (Spoiler alert: there is no such thing as too many Dole Whips. 😉 ) But it’s not just unique Dole Whips that have arrived — we’ve also spotted some returning food offerings, new merchandise, and…ice cream perfume?! Let’s take a trip to Disney Springs to see what’s going on!
