The Galactic Starcruiser, AKA the Star Wars Hotel, opened up officially back in March of this year, and we got to check it ALL out!

We trained with lightsabers, ate ALL of the food (literally all of it), and saw some fun entertainment on board like fireworks. Trips on the ship have been pretty booked up since it opened, and Disney says they don’t expect that to change any time soon.
Disney has some awesome ride-themed merchandise, like the Mickey Mouse: The Main Attraction collections, Minnie ears, and even clothing.

They also make really fun ornaments! We’ve see ornaments themed to rides like Tower of Terror, Space Mountain, and Haunted Mansion. And now, there’s ANOTHER ride ornament you can add to your collection!

Even now in May, you can visit the Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in Magic Kingdom to get your Christmas fix, explore the winter wonderland that is Disney’s Days of Christmas in Disney Springs, or find select ornaments in various Disney shops around the parks. Because, it’s never too early to find the perfect ornament for your Christmas tree, right? Well, today we spotted another new ornament in Disney World featuring one of the most popular rides in Magic Kingdom!

TRON Lightcycle Run is in the works at Magic Kingdom. Based on the Shanghai Disneyland attraction, TRON will take guests an a high-speed race on an incredible new ride in Tomorrowland! The ride is currently in the testing process, and we saw it hit another huge milestone today!

Periodically, Disney collects the coins out of the many places guests toss them and totals it all up to then make a donation to a charity! In the past, Disney has given to charities like Give Kids The World Village, which is a non-profit resort that works with The Make-A-Wish Foundation to provide cost-free Disney World vacations for children battling critical illnesses, along with their families. In November of 2020, Disney was able to donate $20,000 (!!) in coins from its wishing wells and fountains and in 2022 that number is even BIGGER!
