Just when you think you know Disney World like a near-and-dear friend…BAM!
Something happens – an update, a crowd surge, a hitch in your plans – that makes you realize the way you once thought about Disney World is wrong, wrong, WRONG.
We’re trying out one of the most HIDDEN restaurants in Disney World!
If you’ve been to Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, you might have tried out the Turf Club Bar and Grill or perhaps The Artist’s Palette. But, have you ventured to the tucked-away Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Café? This restaurant is hard to find but FEAR NOT! We’re taking you with us!
You might have thought that you’d seen it all when it comes to Minnie Ears, but Disney might have just proved you WRONG!
In just a few days, the Main Street Electrical Parade will be officially returning to Disneyland Park in California with a brand new finale, an EPIC popcorn bucket, the most adorable Disney cup we’ve ever seen, merchandise, specialty food packages, and more! We were lucky enough to attend a media preview of the Main Street Electrical Parade recently and we even got to see the brand new Minnie ears that honor this classic nighttime show. But now, those ears have popped up somewhere a bit unexpected!
IT IS TIME, FOLKS. What time is it? Well, it’s time for your world to be ROCKED when it comes to…ice cream! 🍨
You’ve had vanilla ice cream, cookies ‘n’ cream, and maybe even a rocky road or two. Maybe you consider yourself to be an expert in the ice cream department, or you’re a soft serve pro. But the ice cream you’re about to learn about is probably unlike anything you’ve EVER experienced before. Salt & Straw has officially made its way to the Most Magical Place on Earth and is now OPEN in Disney Springs! They’ve been serving up some funky and unexpected ice cream flavors over in Disneyland’s Downtown Disney, and now us Disney World fans can get our hands on the goods too. Of course, we HAD to make our way over to Disney Springs to try a whole bunch of their ice cream flavors and we’re bringing you all of our thoughts — let’s get into it!
The heavy spring break crowds may be mostly over for Disney World, but spring break is just getting started!
Sure, we’ve just celebrated Easter and are looking forward to Mother’s Day, but we still have time to hang 10, catch some rays, and celebrate spring break at Disney World. And now, there’s a way to celebrate spring break without ever stepping foot in a park!
Hey there, DFB friends! We’re here with what’s new in Magic Kingdom!
In just a few days there have been a lot of changes in Magic Kingdom! There was a very short-lived pre-parade, a selection of treats inspired by candy bars, and we can’t forget to mention the return of traditional character meet-and-greets! Read all about it here!
The face mask policies have changed several times in Disney World over the past couple of years, and now, they have changed once again.
When Disney World first reopened in July of 2020, face masks were required almost everywhere. That later changed to face masks becoming optional outside, and then again becoming optional almost everywhere for vaccinated guests. The only place that has kept mask requirements in place for everyone (ages 2 and older) was on enclosed transportation like the Monorail. But, that has now changed.
If you know DFB, you know we are big fans of foodie festivals.
If you agree with us, then you probably know all about the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival and the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. But did you catch our recent post about another annual food and wine event at the Swan and Dolphin Resort in Walt Disney World? Keep reading to see what feature is returning to the event for the first time since 2019!
Doing rope drop during your next visit to Disney’s Hollywood Studios? If so, you’re going to need to fuel up for the long day ahead of you.
With that in mind, we tried out the adult Breakfast Bowl from Woody’s Lunch Box again! We’ve tried this in the past, but felt like an updated review was needed! So keep reading to see if this breakfast option is the right one for you!
Few things are as exciting as celebrating your birthday at Disney World!
You get to wear a fun FREE pin, you sometimes get some extra magic thrown your way by Cast Members, and so many people tell you “Happy Birthday?” It’s so much fun! But when we spotted the Mickey Ear Birthday Hat online, we thought that could take a Disney World birthday up a notch, and now you can buy that hat AT Disney World!
