Disney World has gotten some pretty spectacular restaurant additions in the last few months!
Steakhouse 71 Stack Burger
It started off with Space 220 in September, but then we got new options like La Crêperie de Paris and Steakhouse 71 added for the 50th Anniversary. We quickly became fans of Steakhouse 71 at Disney’s Contemporary Resort (particularly the lunch and dinner menus!), so when they added an EXCLUSIVE new meal, we knew we just had to tell you!
If exercising on vacation sounds like fun (and NOT like an absolute nightmare!) then we’ve got good news for you!
Magic Kingdom
Throughout the year, Disney World hosts several runDisney races where guests can take on anything from a 5K to a full marathon. One of those events the, Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend, is coming up in November of this year, but registration has already opened for select people today, March 15th!

Can we agree that smushing up against a bunch of strangers in a crowd is the WORST?! Over the years, we’ve shared a lot of tips and tricks on how to avoid the crowds in Disney World, but there are some instances where you just cannot avoid people! One of the biggest (and most relevant) examples of inevitable crowds is Spring Break — a time when school’s out, the weather is warming up, and families are ready for a vacation. In theory, Spring Break sounds like the perfect time to visit Disney World, but it turns out that EVERYONE thinks the same thing.
Yeah, don’t expect to see any empty sidewalks like this during Spring Break!
We’re in Disney World every. single. day., so we know a thing or two about what it looks like in the parks during peak times. Really, though, it’s one thing to say, “it’s busy,” and it’s another thing to SHOW you just how crowded Disney World gets during Spring Break. Let’s take a look (and a deep breath!).
Hamburgers, french fries, ice cream, and churros — What do all of these things have in common (besides the fact that they’re delicious)?! They’re all your standard, run-of-the-mill theme park food that you can find in any Disney World park.

When Disney World’s “Festival of the Lion King” show reopened with the parks in 2020, it had some pretty major changes. For one thing, it was re-named “A Celebration of Festival of the Lion King.” And more importantly, a couple of big acts were missing from the show completely! We’ve tried our fair share of weird treats, but we’ve also tested every single one of the classic Disney World snacks (multiple times, I might add!). Every once in a while, Disney levels up those basic snacks by switching up the toppings or adding new ingredients, and that was exactly the case with two snacks we had recently!
Is anyone else still in serious need of a nap after losing an hour this past weekend?
