A great and long-standing tradition at the Hall of Presidents in Disney World has been to update the attraction every time a new President takes office.

In the past, the time frame has varied for how long it takes to add the new Presidential animatronic. The attraction closed on January 20, 2021Â and Disney said a couple weeks ago that it would be reopening in August with the new President Biden animatronic, we just didn’t have an exact date. As fall approaches, we’re preparing for the start of BOO Bash, the 50th Anniversary, and new nighttime firework shows (R.I.P Happily Ever After). But we’re not the only ones preparing as fall decorations have already started popping up in Magic Kingdom! Overnight, Disney’s classic spooky (and adorable) pumpkins arrived on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom!

We’re getting SO EXCITED for the upcoming opening of Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser AKA the Star Wars hotel in Disney World!

The hotel is scheduled to open in Spring of 2022 and, from all the information we know, will be like living in a Star Wars story! There will be elaborately themed food, you can choose an alliance, hidden parts of the ship to discover, character appearances, and even people to break out of the brig! The experience sounds out of this world. We’ve seen Cast Member hiring posts for the Galactic Starcruiser in the past, and now we know about another Disney group that can join the crew!
