At Animal Kingdom, we’ve found a Sea Turtle Cupcake, a Flamingo Cupcake, a cupcake topped with Rhinos, the Cotton-Top Tamarin Cupcake, and MORE! Now, a NEW cupcake has arrived themed to a different animal and it’s serving up some fall flavors?
Recently, Sebastian’s Bistro reopened with a brand new dining experience! Located right by the water at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Sebastian’s Bistro is a lightly Little Mermaid-themed restaurant (makes sense — Sebastian is a Caribbean crustacean!).

Sebastian’s was previously a standard sit-down dining location. You order what you want and it’s brought to your table. Now though, the restaurant has shifted to a family-style, all-you-care-to-eat menu. We’ve rarely been wowed by this spot in the past (It’s perfectly fine if you’re staying at the resort. Otherwise, it typically hasn’t been worth going out of our way to visit.), but maybe the big shift in menu would change that?

Hurricanes rarely make landfall in Orlando, but when they do, Disney World has shut down the parks a handful of times in the past. When the parks reopened back in July of 2020, the fireworks shows did not return in order to avoid crowds from forming. We missed ending our day in Magic Kingdom with Happily Ever After, but now, it’s BACK!! Tonight was the first time we’ve seen the nighttime spectacular in over a YEAR and it did NOT disappoint!
