Welcome back to the monorail loop!
We recently made a journey around the Seven Seas Lagoon. Let’s take a look at what’s new at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort!
It’s hard to believe that the longest year ever, 2020, is almost over! And we are so ready for 2021!
We’re starting to see some 2021 merchandise turn up at the parks. We recently saw a TON of 2021 stuff at Disneyland, and now we’re starting to see 2021 merch pop up at Disney World, too!
We’ve eaten the cookies at their current East End Market location, we’ve tried their hot cookie hour, and we’ve waited and watched all of the construction going on at their Disney Springs location. You could say we’re just a little excited for Gideon’s Bakehouse to open in Disney Springs!
And, while we’ve gotten some indications of special treats that will be available at this spot when they open later this year, now we’ve gotten a first look at the menu items that will be ready for all of us to munch on very soon!
If you’re visiting to ride the newest rides in EPCOT or Magic Kingdom, you’re traveling on a budget or you really want to be able to get the best food in Disney World right at your hotel…these are NOT the places you want to stay.
In this new DFB Video, were taking you through the WORST Disney World hotels for 2021! Come check it out!
We’ve seen Mickey and his friends in the holiday cavalcades and some character dining experiences, and we’ve waved at him as he stood on the Main Street, U.S.A. train station, but now there’s one more spot to find the mouse!
A few months ago, Disney shared that some of our favorite characters would soon be making their way back to Chef Mickey’s in Disney’s Contemporary Resort and the day has finally arrived!
Dining looks a little bit different in Disney World right now for both table-service and quick-service locations. Things are constantly changing, and we like to give you the most up-to-date experience possible. That said, there are certain quick-service spots in Disney World that we just don’t find ourselves visiting as often as others. This is one of them.
Pinocchio Village Haus is a quick-service location in Magic Kingdom’s Fantasyland, known for serving up flatbreads, salads, and other Italian-inspired food. This spot has a prime location yet it has been largely forgettable for the most part on past visits. How would the food hold up on this visit? Let’s find out!
Just a couple weeks ago we were at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground checking out its rustic holiday decorations.
Not only does the resort itself get fully decked out, but we’ve also seen some really incredible decorating done by guests! It’s a tradition over at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground to extravagantly decorate guests’ campsites and golf carts! We took a trip over to the campsites to see all the personalized decor!
“it’s a small world” has been undergoing a little face lift since October, with HUGE scrims and walls covering the majority of the entrance of this classic Magic Kingdom attraction.
While these blue, pink, and green scrims are quite colorful, well, they pale in comparison to the boat ride’s classic Fantasyland facade!
Starting tomorrow, December 16th, Chef Mickey and friends are coming BACK to Chef Mickey’s!
This fan-favorite character buffet restaurant reopened at Disney’s Contemporary Resort back in July with no buffet and no characters (but a much, much lower price). It also swapped its buffet for a family-style meal.
Disney likes to keep us on our toes!
Over the past few weeks we’ve seen Disney World Park Pass Reservations in December and January fill up and then become available again several times. This weekend reservations were starting to fill up for the holidays again, and now Disney has refilled park availability…again!
