In years past, they’ve made gigantic gingerbread houses for display at the resorts, and while that isn’t happening this year, they’ve made several smaller creations for us to admire! We spotted a gingerbread and chocolate sculpture at the Grand Floridian, a gingerbread model of Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and now, we’ve spotted a very cute gingerbread carousel at Disney’s Beach Club Resort!

We’ve also seen construction updates throughout the parks and so much more. Today, as we walked around Magic Kingdom, we noticed that one attraction’s signature icon in front was looking very different.
