Things at Disney World have definitely changed following the park closures.

We’re constantly watching for Park Pass Reservation availability, ordering a LOT more on Mobile Order, and dealing with a whole new world where FastPass+ is suspended. On top of all that, there’s limited capacity at the parks.
It certainly was a nice morning to head into Magic Kingdom today!

On our way in, we thought that we would take a closer look at the progress with the new 50th-anniversary paint job taking place on the Magic Kingdom entrance sign! Work is certainly coming along and we’re getting excited to see the finished product.

It’s hard to beat watching Mickey slay a dragon! Unfortunately, Fantasmic! is one of the shows that has yet to return to a reopened Disney World. And it looks like Disney is taking this time for a few updates or to do things like routine maintenance because the amphitheater looks preeeeetty different!

We’re super excited because a new installment in the Disney Designer Collection Midnight Masquerade Series is in the process of releasing and it’s all about the bad guys. Now, the Lady Tremaine merch is available on shopDisney MerchPass!
Disney continues to allow its health and safety measures to evolve as the weeks go by in the reopened parks.
Face Mask Sign
Just yesterday, we noticed the addition of plexiglass on Tower of Terror, and over the weekend the mask policy saw a significant change in language noting protocols when guests do not comply. Now, that update has been added to the overhead announcement.
One of our favorite parts about strolling through Hollywood Studios is catching a glimpse of The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.

This fan-favorite attraction reopened with the parks back and July, and we’ve been relying on it for chills and thrills ever since. Of course, it had its fair share of health and safety measures like physical distancing and limited capacity, but when we rode today we noticed a new addition!
It’s mid-October which means Halloween is just around the corner!

That doesn’t stop Disney from getting into the Christmas spirit! We’ve already seen holiday face masks and new ornaments, but now they are starting to bring Christmas flavors into the parks!
