Ah, Rise of the Resistance — we see you’re making news again!
We were reporting in Hollywood Studios today when we spotted something a little bit different about the way that Boarding Groups look in the My Disney Experience app. That’s right, we’re joining Rise of the Resistance’s Virtual Queue to check out a new update!
Although Walt Disney World has officially reopened, not all attractions and shows have reopened along with it.
Recently we’ve seen some experiences reopen that were not initially available. Other offerings, however, like the classic live shows at Disney’s Animal Kingdom like Finding Nemo: The Musical and Festival of the Lion King still remain closed. Now, we’ve got some new somewhat balanced news about entertainment offerings at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It seems one show is temporarily going away, but another performance will be temporarily appearing in its place!
With so many menu changes and several dining spots not being open at Disney World right now, you might be having a hard time finding some of your favorite treats!
Meanwhile, some of Disney World’s tastiest snacks have been slowly trickling BACK! Over the weekend the Peter Pan Float returned to Magic Kingdom and Raspberry Dole Whip is now showing up on Aloha Isle’s mobile order menu after being removed!
Just recently, we stopped by Tangierine Café in EPCOT’s beautiful Morocco pavilion to enjoy a sip of coffee paired with a slice of cake from the Juice Bar at Spice Road Table.
Tangierine Café was included on the original list of restaurants reopening along with the park itself on July 15th, and we’ve been making regular visits to the counter service restaurant ever since (and even spying new items in the bakery case). However, there has been a very recent change of operating status for the location. [Read more…]
EPCOT’s Canada Pavilion has been serving us some SERIOUS merch LOOKS recently!
Remember those SO-cool Canada Minnie Ears we spotted? Well, that’s not the end of things! Today, we swung by the merch kiosk in EPCOT to see if there was anything that caught our eye — and there sure was! Check out these Canada tees!
When Disney World reopened, we couldn’t wait to get our hands on some of our favorite frozen snacks, especially the grand poobah of them all, Dole Whip!
Aloha Isle, which tends to serve a variety of Dole Whip options, is one of the dining locations that has reopened at Magic Kingdom. But prior to welcoming guests back, they cut several items from their menu! We saw Raspberry Dole Whip and the Kakamora Float (one of our favorite treats made from Coconut Dole Whip) get the boot!
EPCOT officially reopened a few weeks ago!
While we’ve been suuuper busy eating our way around the world during the Taste of Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, we could never forget about all of the GREAT restaurants in World Showcase!

Disney World has reopened, and we’re slowly seeing suspended offerings return.
Prior to the reopening of the theme parks and resort hotels, Disney unexpectedly canceled all Advance Dining Reservations and suspended the Disney Dining Plan. Though dining reservations have returned (with a window of 60 days rather than 180 days out to book), the Disney Dining Plan is still unavailable. When could the Disney Dining Plan come back to Disney World? Here’s what we know.
We’re standing next to the creepy-looking clown slide at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn which can only mean one thing…
…it’s time to take the plunge into a new menu item we recently spotted at Leaping Horse Libations!
