NEWS: Here’s the Full List of Tours That Will Not Be Available When Walt Disney World Reopens

Walt Disney World Resort will begin reopening to guests at select Resort hotels on June 22nd followed by the theme parks beginning on July 11th.

While we have known for some time that — upon initial reopening — experiences around the Resort will see modifications (and, in some cases, will be unavailable), we are getting a full picture of what that means for specific offerings and special events. Recently it dawned on us while we’ve been dishing out Disney World advice to our family and friends that some of the theme parks’ biggest challenges might no longer be applicable when the parks reopen!

Yes, we’re bummed that certain guest experiences are being modified or will be temporarily unavailable for a large portion of 2020, but try to look on the bright side — with less stuff happening, we might be in for a MUCH easier time at the parks when Disney World officially reopens July 11th and July 15th!

Disney Shares an Update on Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Epcot International Festival of the Holidays

Disney World just made some MAJOR announcements about some of their 2020 events.

We just learned that a modified version of the Epcot Food and Wine Festival will begin when the park reopens on July 15th (without the Eat to the Beat Concert series). And, in LESS fortunate news, Disney announced that Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party for 2020 has been canceled and H2O Glow Nights have also been canceled.

We just got some serious clarification for the future of Disney World’s 2020 special events. To our delight, the 2020 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival will occur, but in a new form — A Taste of Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. Unfortunately, one popular offering will not be available; the Eat to the Beat Concert Series has been canceled.

BREAKING NEWS: Disney World’s Epcot Food and Wine Festival Is BACK! And It Starts SOON!

Disney World’s theme parks will begin their phased reopenings starting with Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom on July 11th followed by Hollywood Studios and Epcot on July 15th.

And now, Disney has just announced Epcot will be offering a modified version of its Epcot Food and Wine Festival starting on the very first day of its initial grand reopening! July 15th!!

Today, we learned that Cast Members at numerous dining locations, resorts, and festivals across Walt Disney World have been called back to work.

Disney World will officially start reopening its theme parks on July 11th. And they have already revealed that a few experiences like parades and fireworks would be suspended when the parks reopen.
