The Walt Disney World Resort will start welcoming guests again — starting with select Disney World Resort hotels — on June 22nd. (The theme parks will follow starting with Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom on July 11th followed by EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios on July 15th.)
As Walt Disney World reopens (joining Universal Orlando Resort which opened earlier this month), Orlando will naturally welcome more visitors. And many of them will, of course, arrive by way of Orlando International Airport. [Read more…]
There is a lot to keep track of when it comes to the latest info for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders right now.
For instance, Annual Passholders who have paid in full are — as of yesterday — just starting to see their passes extended for the number of days that the theme parks remain closed reflected in their My Disney Experience account. Earlier today, we told you where you can now get your Disney-themed face masks at Disney Springs!
But hold your horses! Before you head to the Marketplace Co-Op, you gotta check out the adorable new kitchen accessories that have just arrived at World of Disney!
Since Disney Springs began its phased reopening on May 20th, guests and Cast Members have been required to wear face coverings for the duration of their stay.
Third-party shops and restaurants were the first to open, and only a few retailers were selling face masks initially.Â
Hey, friends! We’re back with another DFB Video, Â and today we’re chatting about what you can expect to see in Disney World in 2021.

Disney World dining reservations opened up today for guests who have hotel reservations between June 22 and July 10, 2020. Only a few restaurants will be open — all located at the Disney Vacation Club resorts that are opening on June 22nd — but that hasn’t stopped the classic booking day Disney phone line jam!
We’ve gotten through on the phone lines, though, and we’ve got details! Let’s dive in and see how many of your questions we can answer!
Disney World can get BUSY, you guys (two hours for Peter Pan’s Flight is sometimes a norm in the summer). And while each family has a method to the madness on what they’d like to do their vacation, a lot of people don’t realize exactly how important it is to visit the parks in the morning.
Even though being an early riser many not be your forté, we’re telling you that these things in Disney World are worth waking up for!
Who’s excited to enjoy alllll of the cookies at the new Gideon’s Bakehouse location coming to Disney Springs??
Gideon’s Bakehouse makes some of the most INCREDIBLE cookies! So we were thrilled to learn that they’ll be opening their own location at The Landing across from Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar in Disney Springs later this year. And as excited as we are to enjoy all of our favorite cookie flavors, there’s EVEN MORE to look forward to!
We are counting down the days until we can go back to Walt Disney World on July 11, but that doesn’t mean we can’t book our room at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando, which reopens July 1.
Not only is Central Florida’s only Five Diamond Rated Award resort reopening SOON, but it is also offering a Florida resident rate discount!Â
