Walt Disney World’s Land Pavilion
is home to one of our go-to quick service spots in Epcot’s Future World — Sunshine Seasons — but upstairs from Living with the Land is one of my favorite underrated character meals: Garden Grill. It’s here, in a rotating restaurant, that diners meet Disney character friends, dine on some really great grub, and get a bird’s eye view of the attraction below. It’s truly one-of-a-kind.
Remember, at Garden Grill, always ask for a booth versus a table. I just think they’re more fun, plus your view of the Livin’ With The Land attraction scenes below is much better with a booth!
Before we get into the food, let’s say hello to some friends. Garden Grill is home to Farmer Mickey who always looks sharp in his overalls and plaid!

Okay, y’all, this is a MUST HAVE! Even if you’re not a Disney dress girl. Even if you wouldn’t dream of doing Dapper Day. IT’S A ZOMBIE HEAD BAG!
The dress itself is basically perfect for any occasion if you ask me. Wedding? Perfect. Graduation? Done. Audience with the queen? For SURE.

Walt Disney World’s Wilderness Lodge
is a terrific place to grab a meal. It’s home to the fun and family-friendly Whispering Canyon Cafe and to the new and fantastic Storybook Dining at Artist Point. Geyser Point Bar & Grill and Territory Lounge hold down the fort with bar food and great drinks.
And when it comes to quick service, the resort isn’t playing around, either. Roaring Fork is consistently good, serving up creative, quality eats that guests (and I!!) love. And breakfast… is awesome!
Happy Saturday! We’re back with another DFB Video this weekend, and we’re talking about the best international food in Walt Disney World!
We love talking about how the food in Disney World has much more to offer than burgers and fries, and the availability of cuisines from around the world attests to that. Cuisines we’ll discuss include African, Indian, French, Italian and beyond, and we’ll be sharing the best among the restaurants choices, to boot. So join us in our latest DFB YouTube Video!

Hollywood Studios is busy preparing for new arrivals (we’re talking Lightning McQueen and Star Wars), but that doesn’t mean there aren’t other changes in the park. Here’s all the new updates we spotted this week!
We can’t resist this Alien Key Chain! How Fun!
There’s a lot going on in Hollywood Studios! We collected all of the construction updates in one place. Before you even get in the park there’s a lot of construction to see between the new bus stations and Skyliner station.
There’s a Skyliner gondola in the station again! This gondola looks like it is more operational than the gondola we saw in the station last fall. Learn more about this new transportation option coming to Disney World this fall here.
After eating our way around Epcot last week, it was time to re-visit the Magic Kingdom this week to see what’s new!
We found some rarely-seen characters, new sweet treats, some menu changes, and bunch of new merchandise. But first, look at who we met!
One week ago today, the 2019 Epcot Festival of the Arts kicked off in Disney World! This third annual celebration of the Culinary, Visual, and Performing Arts provides artistic tastes, sounds, and sights to guests throughout the park.
And today we’re sharing some very special sights around World Showcase, where artists have painted beloved Disney characters in various country Pavilions! [Read more…]
