Hey, friends! We’re back with another DFB Video today, and we’re talking about the BEST Walt Disney World restaurants with a FIREWORKS view!
Many Disney World guests don’t feel as though a Disney day is complete without capping it off with one of the famous Disney World fireworks spectaculars! But did you know that you can watch the fireworks in spots other than Magic Kingdom’s Main Street, U.S.A. or surrounding Epcot’s World Showcase Lagoon? We’re sharing those spots with you today — along with some helpful tips for scoring a reservation — in our latest DFB YouTube Video! [Read more…]
Walt Disney World
and Disneyland Resort tend to jump on particular food trends and…never let go. Right now, it’s all about the Push Pop.
The craze started slowly back in 2015 during Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival when France introduced the Peach Iced Tea ice pop.
Then France served the Ice Pop Pomme (an apple flavored alcoholic ice pop!) at that year’s Epcot Food and Wine Festival.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
at Walt Disney World is the place to go if you like changes because with Toy Story Land set to open on June 30 and construction continuing in earnest on Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, there’s no shortage of new on the ever-expanding horizon.
And the latest addition to the Star Wars universe — spin-off Solo: A Star Wars Story — has inspired a brand new cupcake at Hollywood Studios’ go-to locale for pastries and sweets: Trolley Car Café.
Solo: A Star Wars Story Cupcake is billed as cookies and cream with cookie crumble buttercream. And this is one for the chocolate lovers out there!

Things are changing once again at The Diamond Horseshoe in Magic Kingdom! For the past couple of years, this former seasonal Counter Service location has instead offered All-You-Care-To-Enjoy, Family-Style service.
And starting this coming Wednesday, May 16th, this restaurant will transition once more by offering an a la carte menu in addition to All-You-Care-To-Enjoy options. Let’s take a look at the a la carte menu first!
Sandwiches will include the Carved Beef Brisket Sandwich with creamy coleslaw served on a brioche bun, a Creamy Turkey Salad Sandwich served on multigrain bread with lettuce and tomato, and a Grilled Chicken Thigh Sandwich with BBQ mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion served on a Kaiser roll.
Rix Sports Bar & Grill is currently accepting Advance Dining Reservations at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort for dates starting June 2, 2018. The space formerly known as Rix Lounge will start serving lunch and dinner, and Disney has posted the menu for the spot.
As you might expect from the updated name of Rix Sports Bar & Grill, the menu appears to be sports-arena-concession-meets-pub-grub! Appetizers include Nachos, Lobster Sliders, and Wings.
The 9th annual Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic takes place Friday, October 26, and Saturday, October 27, 2018.
This popular two-night event coincides with the 2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival and includes The Causeway, Seminars, and three special food locations — and today we have details on the new themed area joining the lineup this year! [Read more…]
Hey, guys! We’re back with another DFB Video this weekend, and we’re taking you on a Food Tour of Animal Kingdom’s Africa!
Animal Kingdom’s Africa is a stunning area in the park both visually and culturally. But it’s also home to some seriously delicious Animal Kingdom eats!
From dining with Mickey and friends at the park’s Character Meal at Tusker House to visiting one of our favorite bars in Disney World, to enjoying a Dole Whip (with or without RUM), Animal Kingdom’s Africa has a ton of bragging rights when it comes to food. But all those things I mentioned only scratch the surface, so we’d love it if you’d join us on a Food Safari… I mean, Food Tour in Animal’s Kingdom’s Africa! [Read more…]
