There are some big changes coming to Epcot. For instance, we just checked in on the Ratatouille ride and Skyliner Station construction in the park. But another highly anticipated addition is the Guardians of the Galaxy ride.
This new ride is replacing the former Universe of Energy attraction, and work is well underway transforming the existing building into the queue area while they add a new building to house the ride. We’ve been monitoring the progress of the transformation of the Universe of Energy building — especially since it’s conveniently located on the way to the Food and Wine Festival Center 😉 .
This is for all you Pumpkin Spice fans out there! Nope, we’re not done with Pumpkin Spice announcements quite yet… Guess what’s back in Epcot’s France Pavilion? You guessed it: the Pumpkin Spice Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich at L’Artisan des Glaces!!
The return of what’s become a fall snacking tradition makes the pumpkin spice season complete!
If you’ve recently visited Epcot’s France Pavilion, or entered the park via the International Gateway located between the UK and France Pavilions, then you’ve likely noticed a lot of construction going on! That construction is for the addition of a Ratatouille ride in France as well as the Skyliner transportation system. We’ll start this update with the Ratatouille ride.
This ride will be in a completely new section of the France pavilion. Looking at the concept art, it appears that the ride building will be disguised as city buildings behind the current entrance to the Impressions de France film. [Read more…]
