I take WAY more pictures of my food than any normal person, and it often means that strangers are staring at me in the parks. I’ve eaten at plenty of table service restaurants by myself, carried Tupperware in my park bag for snack leftovers, and memorized countless merchandise displays and Mobile Order menus. But on the first day of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, you could’ve found me in one really unexpected place!
We have seen a lot of changes happen in Disney World over the past few years, such as new rides like TRON Lightcycle / Run and the transformation of EPCOT. There have been rumors swirling of a new Disney World theme park for YEARS, and it would be unlike anything Disney has done before.

California Grill
So the best thing about dining at California Grill is that you get a great view of Magic Kingdom. If you time your dinner just right, you can even watch the Happily Ever After fireworks (the music is piped into the restaurant) — dinner AND a show! But you may be a little hesitant to book that dining reservation for one reason: the menu is prix fixe (which means you pay one price and choose one item for each course from a limited menu) and none of the entrees appeal to you.
