When it comes to theme parks, Disney World still pretty much maintains its hold on the theme park resort market in Orlando, Florida, there’s a strong indication that could soon change.

For starters, last year, a new study revealed that the most popular theme park is now Universal Orlando’s Islands of Adventure, followed by Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. Yep, Disney is already at #2 with many people. However, now with all the big announcements Universal has released about its upcoming third park, Epic Universe, Disney could have some super serious competition on its hands when Epic Universe opens in 2025.

But, unless you’ve got some sort of Mary Poppins or Hermione-esque magic bag, that probably isn’t a very good idea. We love Disney souvenirs as much as the next fan, and chances are you’re not talking about this major problem — but you probably should be.

Seriously, it felt like January would never end. Now we’re in the month where we get all kinds of new snacks at Disney World, including Celebrate Soulfully snacks and Valentine’s Day treats. We’ve even got the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival beginning on February 28th, so we think it’s going to be a great month. In the meantime, we’re keeping an eye out for Disney World restaurant menu changes, so let’s see what’s changed this week.

No, Disney also does a great deal with animal conservation and has a breeding program in place to help increase the numbers of species that are endangered. Well, a new baby animal has been born at Animal Kingdom…but its story is even more special thanks to the Cast Member who inspired its name.

That’s because there are a LOT of celebrities who love Disney as much as we do. John Stamos has a MASSIVE collection of vintage Disney memorabilia. Neil Patrick Harris has visited a bar in EPCOT so much that the bar finally gave him his own personal table. Well, huge sports celebrities like to visit Disney World, too!

Sometimes, you’re hit with bad weather. Sometimes, a bear invades Magic Kingdom (okay, well, it only happened ONCE…so far). Sometimes, your favorite ride is closed. That’s exactly what happened with TRON Lightcycle / Run. It was closed literally all day long, and sadly this does happen. So we thought we’d share tips on what to do if it happens to you.
