We can’t believe it’s time to talk about September…but here we are!
The Halloween season has officially kicked off in Disney World and we’ve seen everything the 2023 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has to offer. On top of that, a new restaurant is opening in EPCOT and the Food & Wine Festival is in full swing. But September has some BIG things in store and that’s what we’re here to talk about today!
We’ve got more Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya news!
This is the new restaurant coming to the Japan Pavilion in EPCOT. We got a first look at the menu a little bit ago, and now the FULL menu has been released!
If you’re looking for some really great dining in Disney World, Disney Springs is the way to go.
Yes, there are some great restaurants in the parks too, but Disney Springs has so many of our favorite restaurants that cover a variety of different dining styles, and they’re all in one location. If you’re a big fan of barbecue or The Polite Pig, you’ll want to head over to grab this new special ASAP!
Welcome to the Walt Disney World restaurants! You won’t find anything “typical” around here. Not only do these restaurants boast unique themeing, many are known for creative menus, special diet options, and friendly servers.
Expect the same kind of theming and fantasy you’ll find in the rest of the theme parks and resorts, along with some incredible (and some not so incredible – we’re just being honest) food. Ranging from pizza and burgers to five-star cuisine, Disney restaurants can fit any palate.
Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana is opening soon, but a special group will get to see it FIRST.
Just as was the case with the TRON Lightcycle / Run attraction in Magic Kingdom, Cast Members will be among the first to experience this new Moana-themed attraction. But just when will Cast Members need to sign up? We’ve got some details!
Before you ask, “How can you have bad news about a NEW EPCOT attraction?!” hear us out. Don’t get us wrong, we are SUPER excited to check out Journey of Water — Inspired by Moana. We’re looking forward to exploring the new walkthrough attraction this fall — and finally getting some extra shade in EPCOT. All around, we can’t wait to watch the EPCOT transformation take shape, and the new Journey of Water experience is a huge step in the right direction.
But, with every new addition in Disney World, there’s one thing we see happen time and time again. As excited as we are to say hello to Journey of Water — Inspired by Moana, you might want to be prepared for one thing in Disney World.
Churros — you’ll find them all over the Disney parks and sometimes with unique toppings or flavor combinations!
And while many will argue that the Disneyland churros are FAR superior to those at Disney World, the Most Magical Place on Earth does still sometimes get fun churros or churro-themed creations. That’s just what we experienced when we picked up 2 seasonal snacks in Disney World, but we’ve got one big issue we still need to talk about when it comes to churro treats in Disney World.
BREAKING DISNEY NEWS!
Since it was announced that the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel was closing this year, the final voyages sold out quickly. If you were not able to snag a reservation, now is your chance!
Is Disney World TRULY a magical place?
It certainly can be, if you’ve planned ahead, are flexible, and have a game plan for your budget AND time going into your trip. But there are some things that can make it less than magical, especially if you end up falling for a scam. So how do you know if something is a scam in Disney World? Well, we’re going to tell you.
