Disney Imagineering has blown our minds on MULTIPLE occasions with attractions like Rise of the Resistance in Hollywood Studios and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT. But what if we could only choose the three that are practically perfect in every way?

Disney has already announced that the 2023 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays will take place from November 24th through December 30th, 2023, and they’ve shared that there will be holiday kitchens, musical acts, and more but now we’ve got a clue about another returning offering!

EPCOT surprised us with an early opening of Shiki Sai: Sushi Izakaya in the Japan Pavilion on August 15th, and we stopped by to see what this new restaurant is all about.
