Disney World has seen a LOT of change this week.

That’s because the 50th Anniversary Celebration has ended, meaning that a lot of things have gone away. That includes some entertainment, some decor, some merchandise, and even some food. However, that’s not the only thing that’s changed with Disney World food this week.
Disney World is constantly coming up with some rather unique snacks for holidays and special events.

How could we ever forget that 50th anniversary drink with an actual octopus tentacle in it? But we’re going to forget about that and think about unique Easter treats — like the Donald Duck Chocolate Easter Egg or the bunny butt treats! But now Disney World’s Dole Whip nachos just got an interesting Easter twist.
Well, it’s official. One of Magic Kingdom’s most POPULAR fireworks shows, Happily Ever After, is back!

Now, we’ve already shown you a video of the updated version of the show, complete with projections on Main Street, U.S.A., and how it interacts with MagicBand+. However, if you’re wanting to see the show for yourself, you might want to know the BEST way to get the BEST view of the show. So we’re going to tell you how.

Fireworks in Magic Kingdom
The 50th Anniversary has been going on for a while and it brought two new fireworks shows with it — Disney Enchantment (Magic Kingdom) and Harmonious (EPCOT). The 50th Anniversary ended on March 31st, though, and a number of things have disappeared because of the celebration’s end. On April 2nd, both Enchantment and Harmonious will have their LAST performances. But the skies won’t be dark for long!

The 50th Anniversary Celebration has officially ended, which means we’re already starting to see a LOT of things getting updated in the parks. We’ve already mourned the loss of some 50th anniversary snacks, but we have celebrated the return of some classic treats. But TOMORROW will bring HUGE changes to nighttime entertainment, and well, things could get a little WILD.

We spent 18 months enjoying all the fun decor, merchandise, and more during the festivities. However, we MOSTLY enjoyed all the great snacks, but now that the celebration is over, menus at Disney World restaurants have changed.

You could rope drop, take advantage of Early Entry and Extended Evening Hours, or even hop on your favorite ride while everyone else is watching parades and fireworks, but sometimes ponying up the extra dough to skip the line can be worth it. We will never forget how NUTS everyone went over the Figment Popcorn Bucket. We just recently discovered a new 100th anniversary popcorn bucket. Also, how gorgeous was that Rainbow Mickey Balloon Popcorn Bucket? But one popcorn bucket at Disney World is JUST for select visitors — and Disney World has extended just how long you can get it.
Get ready to step into The Twilight Zone.

If you’ve been to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you’re probably familiar with the Tower of Terror ride that literally TOWERS over the park. Maybe you’ve been brave enough to check into its Hollywood Tower Hotel and take that plunging elevator ride into the fifth dimension. One of the most classic restaurants in Disney World has CHANGED.
Disney’s Contemporary Resort
California Grill is located at the top of Disney’s Contemporary Resort. This high-end restaurant is known for great food and even better views. Before Disney World began celebrating its 50th anniversary back in October 2021, the Grill had an a la carte menu. Once the big anniversary event began, that menu was swapped out for a special prix fixe menu to celebrate the occasion.
