Between the parks and hotels, there are so many restaurants — not to mention the plethora of options at your disposal at Disney Springs. Speaking of which, it happens to be one of our favorite places to grab a bite to eat on a Disney World trip — and we’ll be RUNNING to try these new menu items just announced at a fan-favorite spot!

EVERYBODY! We had a feeling that everyone in Disney World would be nearly as excited as we are to try ALL the bites and sips on the menus for the Marketplace Food Booths, check out the performances at the nightly Eat to the Beat concerts, eat cheese followed by MORE CHEESE, and all the other Festival fun! Given the level of anticipation for this beloved event, we’re here with an update on the crowds that have come out for the very first day of this year’s Food and Wine Festival.
Between the park tickets, hotel rooms, food, travel, and other miscellaneous costs, budgeting for your DREAM Disney World vacation can seem overwhelming.

Can you believe that EPCOT’s International Food and Wine Festival finally starts TODAY?

We’ve been waiting MONTHS for this festival — we’ve had a 3-month drought with no festival in the park, and while we’ve found plenty of things to keep us entertained (it is Disney World, after all), we’re so excited to try all the items at this year’s booths. We’ve got our whole team in the parks to cover it all for you, and that does also mean the dishes that we’re not huge fans of. However, there’s one dish in particular that we’re telling you it’s WORTH it to try…even if the name and look make you want to run the other way.
We’re jumping for joy friends, because EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival FINALLY starts tomorrow!

Words can’t express how excited we are to finally try out what these 25+ food booths and EPCOT spots have to offer us for this year. Menus for this year’s festival were released a few weeks ago, and we’ve been planning out our pathways around the first day of the festival ever since. Just today, we were in the parks checking out if menus were finally up around the different booths (many of them were!) and we noticed an area we’ve never seen before!
This is not a drill, people! EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival starts THIS Friday!

We can’t wait to try out all of this year’s offerings at the 25+ food booths (plus the offerings at the year-round EPCOT locations!) AND tell you about each and every one of them so you know what to expect when you visit. We’re big fans of making sure we’re dressed for the occasion when a new festival begins, and if you feel the same, we have a shameless self-plug — we think our Food and Wine Festival shirts are PERFECT for this year’s event!
Hollywood Studios is SUCH a fun park to visit. It’s a great way to step into the movies, including some of your favorite movies, like Toy Story and Star Wars.

But we also like to visit The Twilight Zone there and visit a hotel that has a very sketchy elevator or ride to an Aerosmith concert on Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster. We also love seeing the Muppets (and we really hope they’ll be sticking around for a while) and just the whole general vibe of the park. But what makes a good Hollywood Studios souvenir? Well, we’re going to tell you.
There is one ride at Disney World that always has rumors looming about a potential re-theme.

Disney World has been updating attractions lately. For example, Splash Mountain turned into Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. The Country Bear Jamboree closed and re-opened with a new show of the Bears singing covers of Disney songs. We also got the unfortunate news that we would be losing the Rivers of America and Tom Sawyer’s Island to make way for a brand new Cars Land. The difference with these announcements is that we got notice of the changes way before they closed.Â
