So it’s probably no secret that the holiday season brings serious crowds to Disney World. That also means some seriously high wait times.

Granted, we haven’t seen as many crowds as we expected recently, but we have seen high wait times. And today, the EPCOT crowds are HEFTY!! On the flip side of that, things are a little…different in Magic Kingdom. The park that generally has the HIGHEST wait times has some relatively low wait times today!

Did anyone else scream?! Yep, those are the crowds in Disney World today, specifically EPCOT. The parks typically get pretty busy in the week between Christmas and New Year, but what we’re seeing today is unlike any other crowds we’ve seen this year. Don’t believe us? The holiday season is over, and the crowds start to dwindle a bit after the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend is finished. The weather is chilly, the Festival of the Arts kicks off…oh, and there are LOTS of refurbishments! Typically this winter season is a good time for Disney to temporarily close and update attractions, but this January, they’re adding a transportation option to that list.
