We’ve got the BEST hotels in Disney World for 2023 comin’ right up.
Okay, it has been a HUGE week for Disney World food news. We FINALLY got an opening timeline and a peek inside Roundup Rodeo BBQ, a new restaurant coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
We got a full list of food booths for the 2023 EPCOT festival of the Arts. We learned more about the new coffee shop coming to Disney’s BoardWalk Resort. For those who have followed the World Cup, how are you feeling today?
We’d been walking around EPCOT today, reporting as usual, when the news broke that Argentina had won the 2022 World Cup. Since the park is home to World Showcase with cultural representatives from all the countries, we figured we’d see how the pavilions were reacting to the news!
Lots of changes are happening in Disney World in 2023. And we want to make sure you are really prepared to conquer the parks on your trip!
There are some big opening dates coming up, like the official opening of the Moana-themed Journey of Water and the completion of the EPCOT transformation. But unfortunately, there will also be some closures. Some of these closures are permanent, some of left over from the COVID-19 park closures, and others are refurbishments. Let’s take a look at the closure FULL list for 2023.

There has been a LOT of news from Disney World this week!
Not only did we learn which food booths are coming back to EPCOT, but we know that the Grand Floridian lobby will be renovated soon — and we have a new opening timeline for a table service restaurant in Hollywood Studios. There have been quite a few construction updates too, so let’s take a look!

Why? Because the holiday decorations are up, the Christmas trees are in the lobbies, the gingerbread displays are out, and the spirit of the holidays is EVERYWHERE. But there’s way more than just holiday stuff going on at Disney World hotels, so let’s see what’s new!
Can you believe NEXT WEEK is Christmas?
Even with just a week until Christmas Eve, Disney hasn’t slowed down with their special holiday deals for anyone who needs last-minute gift ideas.
