The Disney Dining Plan is a method of pre-paying for meals and snacks at Walt Disney World. There are two versions of the Plan at different price points to suit different needs: the Quick Service Disney Dining Plan and the standard Disney Dining Plan.

The Disney Dining Plan is an optional add-on must be purchased as part of a Disney World Vacation Package which also includes your Disney World hotel stay.
Note that Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members are typically not eligible to take advantage of any Free Dining Plan promotions if they choose to book a package without tickets or a package using any discounts. We discuss this topic in full here.
Annual Passholders
Walt Disney World Annual Passholders aren’t left out of the dining plan equation. Those of you who don’t need a vacation package (since your Annual Pass serves as your ticket) can book Resort hotel room-only reservations and add the Disney Dining Plans onto those reservations as well.
Disney World Annual Pass
No tickets are included in these packages; however, your reservation will be viewed as a package and subject to all package terms. Contact 407-W-DISNEY for more information about adding a Dining Plan to an Annual Passholder reservation.
The Disney dining plans are not usually discounted for Annual Passholders, but room rates might be. Be sure to check the passholder page of DisneyWorld.com or visit our Disney Deals and Discounts page to see if there are current Annual Passholder discounts being offered.

Disney Vacation Club Members
Disney Vacation Club (DVC) members can select either of the DDPs: the Quick Service Disney Dining Plan or the standard Disney Dining Plan. They pay the same price as Resort hotel guests for the Plan.
Disney Vacation Club Ears
Members must add the Disney Dining Plan at least 48 hours in advance of their visit. As soon as they book the DDP, payment is due immediately (as a result, some DVC members are waiting to add it closer to their vacations.) Disney Vacation Club members can book the DDP through DVC Member Services at (800) 800-9800, or by following these steps when logged into the disneyvacationclub.com website:
- Visit your Member Dashboard
- Under “My Vacation Plans,” select your vacation to view your trip options
- Under “Trip Options,” select “Purchase Dining Plan” to add and purchase your dining plan
